WA Cares Fund
Role (Junior Graphic Designer): Digital Design, Information Design, Print Design, Photo Editing
The Washington Cares Fund is a social program by the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. As a Junior Graphic Designer at Quinn Thomas, I worked on visual design projects that communicated the program to the public. The WA Cares Fund is a new earned benefit to ensure working Washingtonians can access long-term care when they need it.
Awareness
In juxtaposition to the projects below, the goal of this one is to raise awareness for the program rather than provide a content-heavy description about it.
Information
While visually very similar to the former poster, this project has the goal of educating the public with facts about the program.
Infographic
As the public will naturally have many questions about the costs of the program and what it would cover, the goal of this infographic to address those questions. Another goal of this project was to address the looming skepticism behind this program. As a result, we highlighted the statistical benefits of this program compared to the low cost.
